I was initially sceptical about the product due to the reviews about shipping times/ customer service but I'm was gladly surprised with honest shipping times, good communication, and a great product. The mousepad was perfectly flat out of box and the print quality and material was better than I expected. I will definitely order again if the drop another rug line.
