We print every mousepad here at our Costa Mesa facility.

International Shipping:

Customers are responsible for any customs fees and/or return shipping costs. 

International shipping is non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

International shipping is difficult for small businesses and their customers. If you are an international customer and wish to place an order, know that we will do our very best to get the order to you as soon as possible. We ask that you be patient with us, the shipping carrier, and your customs office during this process. Due to the pandemic, more people are shopping online creating major delivery delays across all shipping carriers worldwide.


Tips to get your international package delivered as soon as possible:

-Please be sure you type your FULL and CORRECT address when checking out. 

-Please include your email and phone number when checking out.

-Check your tracking at least every 2 days.

 

My tracking hasn't been updated in over 20 days! What should I do?

Please continue to monitor your tracking number for the next week. If your tracking information has not been updated in 30 days, please contact us.

 


Stolen Packages:

Package theft is at an all-time high. Please follow your tracking number and check for the estimated delivery date.
Make sure a trusted family member/neighbor is available to safely claim your package on the day of delivery. If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your lobby manager to claim your package for you.

Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for stolen or missing packages. The tracking number will show a "Proof of Delivery" which indicates the date, time, and location where the package was left. If you did not receive it, please confirm the shipping address on the order had the correct address (including apartment number). Ask family members or neighbors if they received it on your behalf. Also, check around the perimeter of your property in case the carrier left the package in a side yard.
