We ship to 16 countries, plus the United States. Every international order is printed to order at our shop in Costa Mesa, California, and ships with tracking.
How it works
- Printed to order. Most orders ship within 5 business days (allow up to 10 during big sales and the holidays).
- Ships tracked from California. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it leaves.
- Clears customs and arrives. See typical delivery times below.

Typical delivery is business days after your order ships, based on our past orders. It's an estimate, not a guarantee. Customs and carrier hand-offs can add days or weeks.
If your country isn't listed, we can't ship there yet.
Our international policy
- Import duties and taxes aren't included. If your country charges import VAT, duties or carrier fees, you pay them to the carrier. They'll ask by email, text or phone before delivery, or at the door. Watch for that request so your parcel isn't held or sent back.
- Phone number and Latin letters. Carriers need a phone number and your address in Latin letters for customs. If anything's missing, we'll contact you before your order ships.
- Returns within 30 days of delivery. We can't create return labels for international orders, so you ship it back yourself. Email us your order number, then send it to The Mousepad Company, 3303 Harbor Blvd, Suite B7, Costa Mesa, CA 92626, USA, marked as returned goods. Once it arrives, we refund the products you returned. Shipping isn't refunded.
