Questions, answered.
Windows or macOS: which one do I need?
Get the version for the computer you use the app on. macOS pads show ⌘ Command and ⌥ Option; Windows pads show Ctrl and Alt. The Linux Cheat Sheet covers terminal keys, everyday commands, and GNOME desktop shortcuts.
Are the shortcuts accurate?
Every pad shows the app's default shortcuts as of 2026, checked against the app maker's own documentation. Custom keymaps and future app updates can differ. Spot a wrong one? Email support@themousepadcompany.com so we can fix the design for new orders.
Which size should I get?
Large (36 × 17 in) is our most popular: room for a keyboard and mouse. XXL (48 × 24 in) covers most of a desk. Medium (17 × 17 in) and Small (12 × 12 in) are mouse-sized. On shortcut pads, Medium and up include the full keyboard map; Small shows the top 12 shortcuts.
What's the difference between the fabrics?
DuraGlyde is built for durability, AeroGlyde for speed, and StablGlyde for control. All three are the same price. The fabric guide has the details.
How are they made?
Every pad is printed to order by hand in Southern California, so the graphic can sit slightly off-center. That's hand placement, not a misprint.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days to return; the customer covers round-trip shipping. See the refund policy.
