Refund policy


International Orders: 

Our return policy allows for customers to return their order within 30 days of the delivery for any reason for a full refund of the product price. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (The amount depends on your country, cost ranges greatly).

The original cost of shipping to you will not be refunded, only the order value.

Refund will be issued within 5-10 business days after the returned package has arrived at our warehouse.

Note: To receive a full refund, the product you ship must be received in good condition. The mousepad cannot be dirty, damaged, or folded. We reserve the right to determine which returned products are in acceptable condition and which are not. In the scenario where your product was not found to be in acceptable condition, you are not entitled to a refund. At this point, you may request your product be shipped back to you and you will take responsibility for the shipping costs. 

To return your item, just contact our support team at support@themousepadcompany.com. Please let us know you'd like to return your order, and include your order number in the email. We will send you a prepaid return label for you to ship the product back to us, and then deduct the prepaid label costs from your refund.

The refund can only be applied to the original payment source.

We do not offer exchanges, instead you will need to contact support to request a return, and then place a new order for the desired product. 

USA Customers:
