What an awesome desk pad this is! I was really torn between all the different designs and in SO glad I went with this one. The print graphic quality is excellent. Shipping speed was pretty good and the packaging was great, it arrived undamaged. It did have a medium strong outgassing smell when I first got it out of the bag and put it on my desk. It greatly reduced within the next few days. I have also gotten compliments on it from my coworkers :)
