"Eternally Victorious" is a magnified portion of the beautiful pattern-work embedded in the "Tughra (Insignia) of Sultan Süleiman the Magnificent". This calligraphic emblem of the sultan's authority was included on all official documents in the Ottoman Empire (circa 1555-60).
