Information about COVID-19 impact on The Mousepad Company

 

International Customers:

If you have placed an international order and it has taken longer than expected, please reach out to us at: support@themousepadcompany.com. We are not accepting international order at the moment as our international shipments are being severely delayed as a result of COVID. We have been looking for ways to improve our shipping speeds and will be accepting international orders as soon as we have a more reliable option available. Apologies for the inconvenience. Resuming international shipping is a top priority to us.

 

USA Customers:

We are still printing and shipping orders as normal, and following state guidelines to ensure our facilities are 100% safe. We ask that you are patient with us as we try to get orders out as soon as we possibly can. Each mousepad is printed by hand here in Los Angeles, CA. Because of this, our mousepads will take up to 5 business days to print, then another 1-5 days for UPS to deliver the order.
